the room included a well thought out seating area with a large, comfortable feel. i was happy to sit and watch activity outside from the secluded balcony. free parking was a clincher for me. the underground car park was available .
I noticed the sound proofing was not great. I could hear people in the corridor. the door into the room didn't fit properly. i heard the people in the next room arguing through the air vent.
